Marketing Operations Coordinator

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive Marketing Operations Coordinator to keep approved day-to-day marketing activity moving reliably from action to completion.

What You Will Do

Maintain accurate marketing actions, owners, deadlines and dependencies in Asana and shared trackers, turn agreed meeting actions and campaign plans into clear, controlled follow-up, and coordinate gifting, samples, product requests, shipping, returns and creator deliverables.
