Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing or business development, preferably within a law firm or professional services.
  • Strong strategic mindset with excellent commercial acumen.
  • Proven ability to craft compelling proposals, pitches, and marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and meticulous with multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Skilled at influencing and collaborating across all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience managing budgets and reporting on activity and market trends.
  • A positive attitude, motivation, adaptability, and a strong sense of ownership.

Benefits

  • Salary Range: $134,000 – $175,000
