Role Overview

The Sales Marketing Manager will lead the go-to-market planning and development of initiatives to support the brand in North America (US, Canada & Puerto Rico). This position is responsible for leading a team that develops and implements strategic marketing initiatives to build the brand, while driving traffic, sales, and profits.

Define and communicate a clear vision for brand initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging across all consumer touchpoints. Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive traffic and sales.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in integrated or brand marketing/project management
  • Must be a results-driven critical thinker who embraces innovation and is a self-starter
  • Must display a passion for the brand, be highly collaborative, and be effective at working cross-functionally to achieve business goals and results
  • Experience with marketing project management and integrated marketing campaign execution
  • Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and go-to-market planning capabilities
  • Proven experience in agency management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating CRM, social, paid media, PR, and in-store marketing initiatives
