Role Overview

The Data Scientist will extract actionable business insights from complex datasets, design and test predictive models, and partner with internal teams to support data-driven decisions.

What You Will Do

Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources, conduct statistical analysis, data mining, and machine learning, build, test, and deploy predictive models, and collaborate on data-driven projects.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or allied discipline, proven experience in data analytics, machine learning, or data engineering, and excellent problem solving, documentation, and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or allied discipline
  • Proven experience in data analytics, machine learning, or data engineering
  • Proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
  • Solid understanding of statistics, data processing, and predictive modeling
  • Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
  • Excellent problem solving, documentation, and communication skills
  • Willingness to work full time onsite in rotational shifts
