Role Overview
The Commercial Excellence Analyst supports GF’s Commercial Transformation team in building and running onboarding, training, and content programs for global account teams and Value-Added Partners.
What You Will Do
Coordinate delivery of onboarding programs, build and deliver training tracks, maintain commercial content library, administer learning management system, and track seller and partner participation.

Requirements
- Graduating with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Economics or related field
- Overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing
- Language Fluency – English (Written & Verbal)
- Prior related internship or co-op experience (preferred)
- Demonstrated prior leadership experience (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong planning & organizational skills
- Experience creating training, instructional or explanatory materials (preferred)
- Comfort with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams and PowerPoint (preferred)
- Interest in learning CRM and sales enablement platforms (preferred)
- Ability to coordinate content and delivery across several stakeholder groups (preferred)
