Head of Revenue Operations

Role Overview

As Head of Revenue Operations, you will own the commercial performance of GoMining’s direct revenue channels, responsible for optimizing sales operations, VIP management, retention, cross-sell initiatives, and commercial efficiency.

What You Will Do

You will drive revenue growth through cross-sell and upsell initiatives, monitor channel performance, and continuously optimize conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a similar leadership role
• Experience working in fintech, payments, SaaS, crypto, or other transaction-driven businesses
• Strong understanding of revenue management, unit economics, pricing, and commercial performance
• Experience working closely with Sales, Customer Success, VIP, Retention, and Marketing teams
• Proven experience building reporting frameworks and operational processes
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent knowledge of business metrics and financial performance
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Fluent English
