Developer Lead – WebOps – Core Maintenance

Role Overview

Lead the front-end team in developing responsive and high-performance user interfaces while collaborating closely with UI/UX designers and product managers to ensure design feasibility. Maintain rigorous code quality standards through code reviews, optimize application performance for scalability, and act as a mentor to junior and mid-level developers.

Requirements

• Professional Experience: A solid background with a minimum of 10+ years of professional experience working as a Developer, combined with 3-5 years of demonstrated capability in functional or direct team leadership, guiding technical initiatives, and mentoring team members.
• Technical Capabilities: Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Framework Expertise: Practical, hands-on experience utilizing modern frameworks, particularly Angular.
• Development Tools: Familiarity with modern build tools such as Webpack and Vite, Git for version control, and state management libraries.
• CMS Proficiency: Skilled in working with various content management systems, including both traditional/coupled and headless CMS architectures.
• Interpersonal Skills: A strong eye for detail, outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, a passion for crafting excellent user experiences, and exceptional leadership skills.
