Role Overview

Join Google Operations Center to help users and customers solve problems and achieve their goals. As a Training Delivery Senior Specialist, you will bridge the gap between analytics operations, data engineering, and learning delivery, diagnosing capability gaps, designing practical technical curricula, and delivering hands-on training to upskill operations and engineering teams.

What You Will Do

Deliver engaging technical training sessions, live labs, bootcamps, and debug clinics across both classroom and virtual formats, demystifying complex tracking, data collection, and pipeline architectures.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of total experience
• At least 4–5 years of hands-on technical experience in web analytics implementation (GTM, GA4, Ads) and data engineering using advanced SQL on GCP BigQuery
• At least 2–3 years in a role delivering technical training, facilitating bootcamps, or leading structured technical mentorship/enablement programs
• Web Analytics Expertise: Proven track record in implementing end-to-end website tagging strategies, data layer validation, and campaign performance troubleshooting
• Data Engineering Depth: Demonstrated proficiency in advanced SQL, data manipulation, and building/maintaining ETL pipelines in GCP BigQuery
• Web Tech Acumen: Solid hands-on understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to audit, inspect, and troubleshoot website code and tracking scripts
• Instructional Competence: Strong foundation in adult learning principles, instructional design, and technical presentation skills, with comfort leading live coding and data debugging sessions
