Role Overview
The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting business data to provide actionable insights that support informed decision-making and improve business performance across the GEL Services Division.
What You Will Do
The role will primarily support the Division’s retail businesses and shared service functions by analyzing operational, financial, customer, workforce, and other business data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years’ experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or a related analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and visualization.
- Experience developing management reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working with multiple data sources and large datasets.
