Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to work remotely, based in Latin America. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, and will be able to work independently with strong attention to detail.
What You Will Do
The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for owning product analytics, building analytical frameworks, and presenting findings to non-technical audiences. They will also be responsible for mentoring other analysts and sharing best practices across the team.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product analytics, data analytics or a related role with consumer mobile apps or web products
- Advanced SQL: window functions, CTEs, complex joins and query optimization on large datasets
- Hands-on experimentation experience, including A/B test design, power analysis and statistical testing
- Strong product analytics fundamentals: funnel and cohort analysis, event data and instrumentation
- Daily use of AI tools in your analytics workflow, such as Claude, Claude Cowork or Claude Code
- Working knowledge of Python for analysis
- Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities; you take ownership from question through recommendation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent English and at least 4 hours of overlap with US Eastern business hours (remote roles)
