We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth through multi-channel outreach and active participation in key industry events, develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a leading university.
- 4–5 years of quota-carrying sales experience in the B2B enterprise segment.
- 1–2 years of experience in carbon market sales (strongly preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communicator and negotiator, able to present complex topics clearly and to influence at the executive level.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-oriented approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Fluency in English is essential; German is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI workflows, LLMs, and automation is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to clients and events.
