Role Overview

The Head of Brand Marketing will own the Goodlord brand, shaping its positioning, messaging, identity, and voice, and making sure it shows up consistently and distinctively. They will lead PR, media, and corporate affairs, building relationships with journalists, spotting and shaping stories, managing the external PR agency, and leading the approach to regulatory, policy, and reputation-related communications.

They will lead PR, media, and corporate affairs, building relationships with journalists, spotting and shaping stories, managing the external PR agency, and leading the approach to regulatory, policy, and reputation-related communications.

Requirements

  • Strong commercial experience across brand and PR/communications, gained within B2B technology/SaaS or a PR and communications agency working with B2B technology clients, or a mix of both
  • Owned and shaped a brand, its positioning, messaging, identity, and how it shows up in market
  • Strong, hands-on PR and media experience, with a track record of building journalist relationships, shaping stories, and delivering earned coverage
  • Experience across corporate affairs, reputation management, and thought leadership, including working with senior leaders on external communications
  • Experience directly leading and developing individual contributors, with the judgement to set direction across content, SEO, and creative
