Role Overview

The Market Leader will serve as the primary leader of Trucordia within the MPCI crop insurance program, driving revenue growth performance, fostering a collaborative team environment, and ensuring alignment with the Platform’s goals and Trucordia’s organizational commitments.

What You Will Do

Achieve Trucordia revenue growth targets within a specified market, partner with the Sales team to identify opportunities for growth, and work closely under the direction of Platform Leadership to monitor revenue and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years’ experience in a crop insurance AIP or agency leadership or support role, with a rounded experience across MPCI commodity plans and programs.

Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in a crop insurance AIP or agency leadership or support role
• Rounded experience across MPCI commodity plans and programs
• Experience in supporting crop insurance education across agency
• Experience working with AIP’s, Agents, RMA, and Underwriting preferred
• AIP or crop agency experience preferred
