Role Overview
The Financial Analyst supports informed decisions and responsible stewardship of GICF resources through financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
What You Will Do
Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports, dashboards, and analyses of revenue, expenses, labor, productivity, store and program performance, and other key measures.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Support annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and longer-range planning through assumptions, schedules, analyses, and financial models.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Two or more years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, or a related finance function
- Experience with financial models, management reporting, variance analysis, operational performance analysis, and decision-support analysis
