Role Overview
The Engineering Manager, People Ops Solutions will manage engineers across multiple teams and locations, oversee a large product budget, and deploy large-scale projects across multiple sites internationally. The role requires technical and leadership expertise to manage engineers, prioritize projects, and communicate strategy across teams.
What You Will Do
The responsibilities include setting team priorities, aligning strategy and processes, leveraging telemetry and benchmarks to improve product excellence, and delivering AI-native enterprise solutions across People Ops Solutions core pillars.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of experience in software development
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role
- 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role
- Experience designing and operating distributed computing systems for large-scale AI/ML workloads
- Experience launching Machine Learning or AI products from research to production
- Experience designing architectures for Artificial Intelligence applications
- Experience building and customizing structured execution models like Reason + Act, Tree of Thoughts, and Plan-and-Solve loops
