Role Overview
Financial Analysts ensure that Google makes sound financial decisions by analyzing business scenarios, tracking performance metrics, and providing in-depth analysis on strategic decisions across Google products.
What You Will Do
Analyze financial analyses of new commercial agreements, build data-driven Finance Points of View, and ensure accuracy and financial controls throughout the agreement process.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
- 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or 2 years with an advanced degree
- Proficiency with SQL or similar database querying languages and database schema, or a willingness to learn
- Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured environment, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
- Ability to persuade through disciplined use of data with comfort distilling complex topics into concise narratives for executive consumption
- Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills, combined with impeccable business judgment, leadership skills and ability to communicate with executives and executive management teams
- Exceptional dexterity with presentation and spreadsheet tools
