Role Overview

The Group Product Manager, Flow Growth and Monetization Lead will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch, connecting the technical and business worlds. The role involves breaking down complex problems into steps that drive product development.

What You Will Do

The individual will partner with Marketing/Engineering teams to optimize landing surfaces, build product-led viral loops, and collaborate with the Marketing team on contextual in-app, push, and email re-engagement flows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role
  • 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch
  • Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows
  • Experience partnering with Engineering, Data Science, and Design teams to execute and measure growth experiments
