GSST Technology Enablement Manager

Role Overview

As a member of the Global Security Systems and Technology (GSST) sub team in GSRS, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies, develop efficient and effective programs, and leverage technology solutions that support GSRS in achieving its mission.

What You Will Do

Manage a portfolio of security systems technology projects, drive end-to-end project management, track timelines, mitigate risks, manage integration vendors, author SOPs/runbooks, and deliver targeted training for smooth handovers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a Quantitative field, Business Administration, Technology Management, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management, business operations, planning, or technology project management.
• Experience with change management and managing cross-functional initiatives with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience managing vendors, forecasting costs, and tracking budgets.

Benefits

• Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
• $140,000 – $204,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
