The Head of Americas Sales Strategy and Operations will lead the Sales Strategy and Operations team to chart the best course for the business and drive decision-making through the organization. The role will partner closely with commercial leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to shape the go-to-market and growth of Google’s fast-evolving products in dynamic markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role
- 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders
- Experience in people management
- MBA degree (preferred)
- Experience managing high-performing teams to deliver on ambitious objectives
- Experience in any of the following: consumer electronics/durable goods/consumer packaged goods (CPG); business-to-business (B2B) sales or commercial partnerships; tech/media/telecom industries
- Experience navigating matrixed organizations; influencing executives; driving closure and results marshalling cross-functional teams to collaborate on and land projects
- Track record of independently identifying, structuring and driving action on impactful, long-term business questions and opportunities
