Head of Americas Sales Strategy and Operations

The Head of Americas Sales Strategy and Operations will lead the Sales Strategy and Operations team to chart the best course for the business and drive decision-making through the organization. The role will partner closely with commercial leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to shape the go-to-market and growth of Google’s fast-evolving products in dynamic markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 10 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role
  • 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders
  • Experience in people management
  • MBA degree (preferred)
  • Experience managing high-performing teams to deliver on ambitious objectives
  • Experience in any of the following: consumer electronics/durable goods/consumer packaged goods (CPG); business-to-business (B2B) sales or commercial partnerships; tech/media/telecom industries
  • Experience navigating matrixed organizations; influencing executives; driving closure and results marshalling cross-functional teams to collaborate on and land projects
  • Track record of independently identifying, structuring and driving action on impactful, long-term business questions and opportunities
