The role will bridge traditional media approaches and a holistic, creator-centric model to maximize the impact of every format and touchpoint.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4 years of experience in marketing, program management, or executive engagement
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects from inception to completion
- Experience working within the media, advertising, or creator economy landscape
- Experience building or scaling educational programs for B2B audiences
- Demonstrated track record of managing councils or customer advisory boards that influence business strategy
- Deep fluency in YouTube’s creator ecosystem and its value proposition for brands of all sizes
- Ability to communicate complex strategic concepts to C-Suite audiences and executive creative leaders
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to create compelling presentations for executive audiences
