Senior Financial Analyst, Northern Europe GBO Finance

Role Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst will serve as the Lead Analyst for Northern Europe, providing strategic and operational finance support to the Northern Europe Vice President and Leadership Team. The role requires exceptional commercial acumen, stakeholder influence, and deep technical accuracy.

The responsibilities include partnering with the NE GBO Finance Lead, driving end-to-end annual planning, leading weekly trading calls, and leveraging Generative AI tools, Python, and advanced SQL to automate recurring workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
• 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function
• Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting
• Experience in data analytics, SQL, and dashboards
• Experience partnering with, influencing, and presenting to executive commercial leadership (Director and VP level)
• Experience in designing, developing and maintaining reports, dashboards and data visualizations
• Familiarity with digital advertising products, Go-To-Market (GTM) motions, and commercial business models
• Demonstrated ability to grow in ambiguity, build structured financial models and frameworks from scratch, and manage multiple complex priorities independently
• Strong interest in and aptitude for leveraging automation, Python, and Generative AI tools to solve business problems, optimize reporting, and enhance analytical efficiency
