Role Overview

As the Regional Marketing Lead for the US North and South regions, you will serve as the strategic marketing business leader for a high-growth, multi-state territory spanning key enterprise accounts and priority verticals. You will manage a team of high-performing marketers, partner directly with GTM executive leadership and Sales directors, and drive marketing-attributed pipeline growth across priority industry verticals.

What You Will Do

You will own marketing for US North and US South, defining regional GTM-aligned marketing strategies across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many account models to exceed sourced pipeline goals and drive consumption. You will manage, develop, and coach a team of regional marketers, fostering career growth, driving AI literacy, and cultivating a high-performing culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 9 years of experience in B2B marketing, including events, industry field and regional marketing
  • 4 years of experience managing people or teams
  • Experience managing direct and cross-functional or cross-team projects
  • Experience planning and executing marketing programs with cross-functional stakeholders
