Role Overview

The Strategy Operations Senior Manager will act as a crucial force-multiplier and strategic advisor to the Data Cloud leadership, deeply immersed in the business operating rhythm, serving as the connective tissue between customers, field organizations, and Product/Engineering teams.

The role involves engaging with key customers and field leaders, translating product gaps and customer pain points into actionable insights for Product Management and Engineering, and ensuring the GM’s strategic priorities are executed with precision and clear momentum.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 15 years of experience in management consulting, product management, and strategy, or analytics in a technology company
  • Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects
  • Experience with R, SQL, spreadsheets, or similar analytics tools
  • Experience in strategy, operations, product management, or a customer-facing technical advisory, leadership role within high-growth enterprise tech, cloud environments
