Role Overview

As a member of the Global Security Systems and Technology (GSST) sub team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies, develop efficient and effective programs, and leverage technology solutions that support GSRS in achieving its mission. You will drive operational excellence by transforming regional security needs into structured, successfully landed technology solutions.

What You Will Do

Manage a portfolio of security systems technology projects, represent GSST and interface with executives, drive end-to-end project management, track timelines, mitigate risks, manage integration vendors, author SOPs/runbooks, and deliver targeted training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Quantitative field, Business Administration, Technology Management, or equivalent practical experience
  • 8 years of experience in program management, business operations, planning, or technology project management
  • Experience with change management and managing cross-functional initiatives with technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience managing vendors, forecasting costs, and tracking budgets
