Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 6–10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI-related roles
• Strong expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and advanced analytics
• Proficiency in Python and data science ecosystems (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
• Experience designing end-to-end machine learning pipelines and production ML systems
• Strong experience working with large-scale datasets and big data technologies
• Ability to translate complex data analysis into business insights and strategic recommendations
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and leadership capabilities
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
