Senior Marketing Manager

Role Overview

As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, conceiving, and implementing integrated marketing and communication measures along the brand and corporate strategy. You will control cross-channel advertising campaigns via digital and classical channels, plan, implement, control, and optimize media activities with a focus on digital media. You will develop our brand and product communication based on market, competition, and target group analyses.

What You Will Do

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include using modern AI technologies to support campaign planning, content creation, analysis, and marketing control. You will also identify and implement potential for automation and efficiency improvement of marketing processes through the use of AI. Additionally, you will lead and work in cross-functional projects to develop the brand, communication, and marketing processes.

Requirements

• Degree in business administration, marketing, communication science, media science, or comparable qualifications
• At least five years of relevant work experience in marketing, preferably in advertising, communication, media
• Good understanding of brand management, target group communication, and customer journey
• Confidence in handling digital work and collaboration tools
• Practical experience in using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or comparable applications
