Landscape Maintenance Account Manager

Role Overview

As a Landscape Maintenance Account Manager, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, leading field operations, developing your team, identifying opportunities for growth, and helping drive the overall success of the branch. This position is located in Santa Clara, CA.

What You Will Do

Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial landscape clients through consistent communication, responsiveness, and exceptional service. Lead and support landscape maintenance crews, including morning dispatch, workload planning, performance management, coaching, and addressing employee or customer concerns.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial landscape experience, with client and crew management experience strongly preferred.
• Proven success managing a large portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts.
• 2- or 4-year college degree in horticulture, landscape management, business, or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience will be considered.
• 2–3+ years of experience training and managing multiple landscape crews, gardeners, or field employees.
• 3+ years of customer service, sales, account management, or comparable experience.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to identify opportunities and sell additional landscape services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare and present proposals and bids.
• Excellent time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with branch leadership and field teams.
• Ability to build trust and credibility with clients, employees, and coworkers.
