Senior Analyst, Sales Operations

Role Overview

As the Senior Analyst, Sales Operations, you will design, governance, and optimization of the regional lead-to-cash process across commercial products. You will shape how our sales organization operates at scale, integrating AI-driven sales tools, CRM systems, automation, and analytics into everyday workflows to enhance productivity and decision-making.

What You Will Do

You will oversee and improve the end-to-end commercial lead-to-cash process across markets and products, improve adoption of AI-powered sales tools, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Tech teams to embed automation and experienced workflows into the commercial process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles
• Experience with commercial excellence metrics (pipeline management, conversion rates, quota attainment, forecasting, revenue tracking)
• Demonstrated senior partners and lead agreement
• Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools
• Excellent project management
• Experience leading regional or multi-market projects
• Experience in digital advertising, marketplace, or technology-driven businesses
• Salesforce or CRM certifications
