Role Overview

The Business Development team plays a critical role in driving Grab’s growth by developing strategic partnerships, unlocking new opportunities, and scaling impactful projects. The team is responsible for leading Dine-out Nationwide, OneGrab Strategic Partnerships, and New Growth Projects.

What You Will Do

Lead a nationwide BD Specialists team, setting clear goals, monitoring performance, and providing guidance to lead Dine Out acquisition and incubation. Define strategies, set targets, and ensure delivery for Dine Out, OneGrab, and Travel projects.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or account management, including 2–3 years in a managerial role. Experience leading and developing teams, driving performance and delivering measurable outcomes, building and scaling new projects is required.
