Solution Specialist, Finance Systems

Role Overview

As a Solution Specialist, Finance Systems, you will work with GTS teams and Finance users to understand challenges, current processes and system requirements. You will translate these needs into future-state application requirements, process improvements and solution designs.

What You Will Do

You will lead Finance Systems change requests and project implementations from requirements gathering and solution design through testing, deployment and post-go-live stabilisation. You will collaborate with Finance partners to understand needs, document all-state processes, standardise requirements and perform fit-gap analysis.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience working with Oracle ERP Cloud applications
• Experience managing at least two full lifecycle Oracle ERP Cloud projects
• Knowledge of Oracle Finance Cloud, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany and Tax
• Experience with the change lifecycle, including configuration or development, SIT, UAT, release packaging, deployment and post-go-live support
• Partner management, with the ability to explain solution options and recommendations to business and technical audiences
