Solution Specialist, Finance Systems

Role Overview

The Solution Specialist will work with GTS teams and Finance users to understand challenges, current processes, and system requirements, and translate these needs into future-state application requirements, process improvements, and solution designs.

What You Will Do

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform: Lead Finance Systems change requests and project implementations, collaborate with Finance partners, translate requirements into functional solution designs, and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect resolution.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience working with Oracle ERP Cloud applications
• Experience managing at least two full lifecycle Oracle ERP Cloud projects
• Knowledge of Oracle Finance Cloud, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, and Tax
• Experience with the change lifecycle, including configuration or development, SIT, UAT, release packaging, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Partner management, with the ability to explain solution options and recommendations to business and technical audiences
