Role Overview
The GTM Engineer will join the Revenue Operations team, building automation, integrations, and internal tools to let GTM teams move faster and work as one connected system. This hands-on role focuses on designing, building, implementing, and maintaining technical solutions to address real operational challenges and opportunities facing Grace Hill’s revenue engine.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include building GTM automation and workflows, designing and automating handoff processes, building and maintaining dynamic account scoring, leveraging AI/LLM tooling, maintaining data hygiene, and monitoring and troubleshooting integrations.

Requirements
- Strong background working with automation, APIs, and backend integrations.
- Experience using AI/LLM APIs to design/build/implement/maintain automations, workflows, or agent systems.
- Familiarity working with GTM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Zoominfo, ChurnZero, CPQ, Slack), and connecting them through well-structured, testable code.
- Working proficiency in at least one scripting language (TypeScript, Python, JavaScript) and comfort writing/reading SQL.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and turn ambiguous business problems into high-impact shipped technical solutions.
