Role Overview

As Senior Demand Generation Manager, you’ll own programs that create pipeline and accelerate strategic opportunities across Gradial’s target accounts. You’ll bring together account-based marketing, demand generation, and close partnership with Sales to reach the right buyers and turn engagement into qualified pipeline.

What You Will Do

You’ll lead the demand generation strategy for Gradial’s highest-priority accounts, build and run 1:1 ABM programs, develop account and buying-group intelligence, and orchestrate multi-channel programs across email, LinkedIn, ABM platforms, direct mail, executive outreach, and other relevant channels.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You’ll thrive here if you learn quickly, actively seek out new challenges, and regularly reconsider ‘how it’s always been done.’ You’ll have real impact with zero bureaucracy, and you’ll be part of a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment where building better > maintaining status quo.

  • Experience partnering closely with AEs, SDRs, and Sales leadership on account strategy, targeting, and pipeline goals
  • Ability to move between strategy and execution, with strong writing and messaging skills and a track record of building campaigns from concept through launch
  • Comfort using data to evaluate program performance, identify opportunities, and make decisions about where to invest
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and ABM or intent platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, 6sense, Demandbase, or similar tools
