Senior Salesforce Developer

Role Overview

The lead developer on Develocity’s Salesforce platform will build and maintain automation, integrations, and custom features for the Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance teams. The role requires 5+ years of Salesforce development experience and expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include building and maintaining Apex classes, triggers, batch, scheduled, and asynchronous jobs, and Lightning Web Components for custom apps, dashboards, and guided workflows. The developer will also automate revenue processes, own GTM integrations, write meaningful test coverage, and troubleshoot sync failures with vendors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Deep Apex skills (triggers, trigger frameworks, bulkification, async Apex, test classes)
• Hands-on Lightning Web Components experience
• Strong command of SOQL and SOSL, the Salesforce data model and security model
• Proven experience building and debugging integrations with third-party systems through APIs
• Comfortable with a modern development workflow: Salesforce CLI (SFDX), Git or GitHub, and scratch orgs or sandboxes
