The Growth Operations Associate Director is a strategic operating partner to the National Managing Partner, Audit & Assurance Growth and the Audit Sales Leader. The role serves as the connection point between Audit & Assurance growth strategy and execution, ensuring growth priorities are translated into actionable plans, adopted across the practice, and measured against intended outcomes.

The role drives execution discipline across the Audit & Assurance growth agenda by providing visibility into strategic pursuits, pipeline performance, market opportunities, campaign effectiveness, and growth commitments. It helps leaders identify opportunities, remove barriers to execution, and maintain accountability for growth priorities.
