Role Overview
We are mapping experienced Salesforce Agentforce specialists who can design, build and evaluate AI agents integrated with enterprise workflows.
What You Will Do
Design Agentforce agents, integrate agent actions with Salesforce Flow, Apex, APIs and authorised enterprise data, build grounding strategies, develop tests for factual correctness, and define observability.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Hands-on Agentforce implementation or strong equivalent enterprise agent engineering experience, good Salesforce technical foundation, practical understanding of agent instructions, and experience delivering measurable, tested AI solutions.
Requirements
- Hands-on Agentforce implementation or strong equivalent enterprise agent engineering experience
- Good Salesforce technical foundation: Flow, Apex, Service Cloud, APIs and security permissions
- Practical understanding of agent instructions, tool use, grounding/RAG and evaluation
- Experience delivering measurable, tested AI solutions with appropriate operational controls
