Role Overview
The Customer Success Manager is the operational reference for the client throughout the inquiry cycle, participating in project management, data processing, and deliverable production.
What You Will Do
The trainee will take charge of projects, set up and administer surveys, process data, and assist in producing deliverables for clients.

Requirements
- Master 1 or Master 2 (minimum Bac+4/5)

- comfortable with learning new tools (AI tools)
- interest in human resources topics (quality of life at work, company culture, CSR, organizational performance)
- teamwork experience
- professional-level English (some accounts are managed at an international level)
