Data Analyst – BI & Automation

Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Analyst – BI & Automation to work with our team on projects related to data analysis, business intelligence, and automation of processes. Our culture is Human First, where collaboration, curiosity, and continuous learning are part of our daily life.

What You Will Do

Extract, clean, transform, and analyze data from various sources. Develop and maintain Python scripts to automate processes, reports, and file generation. Build and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, cross-validation, and information validation.

Requirements

• Professional in Systems Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields
• 3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis, Business Intelligence, automation, or related roles
• Intermediate/advanced handling of Python, especially Pandas, NumPy, data cleaning, and transformation, analysis, and automation
• Experience with SQL/MySQL, including queries, JOINs, subqueries, CTEs, and aggregation functions
• Intermediate/advanced handling of Power BI, including Power Query, data modeling, DAX, measures, and dashboards
• Advanced handling of Excel, including formulas, dynamic tables, Power Query, and Power Pivot
• Advanced knowledge of Git/GitHub for version control and repository management
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving orientation
• Autonomy, organization, and ability to manage multiple requirements and deadlines
• Ability to communicate technical results clearly to different teams
