Role Overview

Join Axon’s Commercial Applications team as a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Administrator to optimize Opportunity-to-Cash processes. You will own the configuration, stability, and scalability of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud.

What You Will Do

Provide day-to-day Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud support, manage user provisioning and access management, perform data imports and updates, and administer and troubleshoot Salesforce Revenue Cloud.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of Salesforce administration experience, including 1+ years of hands-on Revenue Cloud administration, and strong problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Salesforce administration experience
• 1+ years of hands-on Revenue Cloud administration
• Deep understanding of Revenue Cloud architecture
• Familiarity with Salesforce Billing and revenue operations processes
• Experience with sandbox management, deployments, and CI/CD tools
• Strong foundation in Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Proficiency with SOQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and Data Loading tools
• Experience with Document Generation (preferably Conga Composer)
• Comfortable with transactional data between Salesforce and external billing/ERP systems
