Role Overview
As AI Operations & Business Support, you will be responsible for bringing AI into our processes, from project management to content to internal organization. You will work closely with the managing director and implement things that free up his time. The focus is on AI Operations (about 60-70%), the rest is support for the managing director.
What You Will Do
Your tasks include identifying processes that can be accelerated or automated with AI, building and maintaining AI workflows, agents, and internal tools, managing and expanding our self-developed CRM, and developing AI-driven workflows for customer projects.

Requirements
- Experience with LLMs like Claude or ChatGPT
- Experience with GitHub
- Basic knowledge of Python or JavaScript
- Experience with Make, Zapier or n8n
- Interest in brands and design or experience with WordPress, Elementor or Figma
- Very good German
