Finance Operations Manager

Role Overview

Lead Finance Operations across Europe, ensuring efficient service delivery, process excellence, and compliance across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable activities.

Define priorities, objectives, performance metrics, and KPIs for the Finance Operations team, oversee the execution of Europe Finance Operations activities, and manage complex operational matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field
• 5+ years in a leadership role within Finance Operations or a similar environment
• Professional accounting certification, such as CPA or equivalent
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English (C1) and Spanish
• Driving licence
