Administration Officer – Marketing and Communications

Role Overview

The Administration Officer supports the Senior Future Students Manager and the Future Students team, providing administrative and operational support for school engagement activities, student ambassador program, campus visits, events, and associated business processes.

What You Will Do

Coordinate student ambassador engagements, provide administrative support, monitor email accounts, process improvement, support projects, maintain databases, and apply policies and procedures.

The occupant of this position will hold a minimum of an associate diploma qualification and at least two years relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant skills, knowledge, and experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of an associate diploma qualification
• At least two years relevant work experience
• Experience providing administrative and operational support within a complex, service-focused environment
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Demonstrated attention to detail and experience maintaining accurate information across databases, spreadsheets, and online systems
• Full unrestricted Australian work rights
