The Change & Communications Manager will contribute to academic excellence, innovation, and transformative power of education by enabling meaningful, people-centred change, leading end-to-end change and communication activities, and developing and delivering business readiness, engagement and communication plans.
Requirements
- Relevant postgraduate qualifications in a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience leading change and communications initiatives within complex organisations
- Strong stakeholder engagement and consultancy skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Experience supporting digital, technology or business transformation programs
- A collaborative, adaptable approach with strong written and verbal communication skills
