Must have 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform development experience, with demonstrated expertise in both declarative and programmatic approaches. Expert proficiency in Lightning Web Components, Lightning Flows, and Apex development.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform development experience
• Salesforce Platform 2+ certification
• Expert proficiency in Lightning Web Components, Lightning Flows, and Apex development
• Proven experience designing, building and consuming APIs and integrations across multiple systems and platforms
• Basic DevOps knowledge, including version control systems such as Git and repository management practices
• Competency in delivering well-structured, secure and maintainable code meeting functional and nonfunctional requirements
• Ability to work within cross-functional squads, collaborating effectively with Product, QA, Architecture and Operations teams
• Comfortable working in English, both written and spoken
• Ownership mindset with strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills
