Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager is responsible for the global brand strategy for Clarins in Canada for the entire product catalog. The role involves defining, sharing, and executing the marketing strategy for each product category, adapting global marketing plans to the Canadian market, and supervising marketing budget management. The Marketing Manager will also analyze market and competition trends to identify growth opportunities, collaborate with various departments, and lead, motivate, and contribute to the development of Product Chiefs and Graphic Designers.

What You Will Do

The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Marketing Manager include defining brand strategy and positioning, supervising the launch and performance of new products, analyzing post-launch performance, and communicating results to various departments. The Marketing Manager will also lead performance analysis and follow-up, consolidate and present performance and visibility reports, and perform any other related tasks.
