Role Overview
We are looking for a Commercial Animator to develop, animate, and perform a network of home sales representatives. The animator is responsible for prospecting, recruiting, training, and accompanying the team to maximize sales and ensure subscriber satisfaction.
What You Will Do
Personal commercial activity, organization and planning of the team, recruitment and training, animation and commercial coaching, performance monitoring and management, leadership and team management.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You have experience in direct sales BtoC and commercial team animation, ability to animate a commercial network, leadership sense, and coaching. Knowledge of the telecommunications sector is an advantage.
