Role Overview

Join Grundfos as a Senior Manager in our Group Strategy function and embark on our journey to become the leading provider of intelligent water and climate solutions globally. As a Senior Manager in Group Strategy, you will lead projects in both our strategic M&A team and our in-house corporate consulting team.

What You Will Do

Lead and contribute to strategic projects across the entire Grundfos organisation in areas such as M&A (Pre-DD & CDD), corporate strategy, and growth initiatives. Take full ownership of project delivery from scoping and planning through execution.

Requirements

• Master’s level preferred
• 6+ years of relevant experience, ideally with a background from management consulting or corporate strategy roles
• M&A experience (Pre-DD & CDD) is a pre-requisite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder mgmt. skills
