FP Logistics Strategy & Performance Lead (Planning & Performance)

Role Overview

Join the Logistics team as Strategy & Performance Lead, responsible for monitoring operational and financial performance, achieving objectives through KPIs, cost analysis, and generating insights for decision-making.

Monitor and analyze operational and financial KPIs, connect performance with its impact on costs and business results, lead planning and performance review processes, and generate analysis and insights to drive decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Administration, Actuarial Science, or Economics
• 3 to 5 years of experience in planning, performance management, management control, supply chain, logistics, distribution, or business analytics positions
• Experience in cost control and analysis, budgets, or productivity indicators
• Experience in preparing executive reports and presentations for leadership teams
• Ability to analyze information, identify opportunities for improvement, and generate action plans
• Experience collaborating with multifunctional teams
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Desirable experience in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other data analysis tools
• Intermediate-advanced English proficiency
