Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive professional to help us achieve our purpose of more health for more people. The role involves detailed expense follow-up, analysis, and optimization, as well as supporting business areas in identifying opportunities for efficiency and reduction in expenses.
What You Will Do
Perform accounting analysis, identify deviations and trends, prepare analyses of realized vs. budgeted expenses, and monitor fixed and variable expenses. Support business areas in identifying opportunities for efficiency and reduction in expenses.

The ideal candidate is proactive, flexible, and committed to continuous improvement. Previous experience in financial planning, control, and/or accounting is required, as well as intermediate/advanced Excel skills and knowledge of accounting concepts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics
- Previous experience in financial planning, control, and/or accounting
- Intermediate/advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of accounting concepts (cash and competence / debit and credit) and reclassifications/managerial entries
- Experience with SAP ERP
- Power BI or BI tools (desirable)
