Data Analyst

Role Overview

The Data Analyst will serve as the technical engine of the Analytics & AI pillar, transforming raw R&D Master Data into proactive, actionable intelligence. The role will operate across a three-sided spectrum: leading complex data preparation, architecting operational dashboards, and supporting the development of predictive AI models.

What You Will Do

The Data Analyst will utilize advanced Python programming and deep Power BI expertise to extract, clean, and structure complex R&D master data from multiple enterprise systems. They will design, build, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards that serve as the daily operational radar for the E2E Data Stewardship Hub and R&D business users.

Requirements

• At least bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, a Life Sciences discipline with a strong quantitative focus, or related field
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in data analytics, BI development, or data engineering
• Expert knowledge of Power BI and DAX
• Python, PySpark and SQL programming skills
• Data Storytelling: Strong ability to translate dense, scientific data sets into highly intuitive, user-friendly visual interfaces that drive immediate business action.
• Technical Translation: Ability to translate complex scientific data requirements into clear, executable technical specifications for IT developers.
• Analytical Problem Solving: A proactive mindset capable of looking at a messy dataset and independently figuring out how to structure it for both reporting and future machine learning.
• Agile Collaboration: Comfortable working in short, iterative sprints alongside AI engineers, Process Architects, and business stakeholders.
• Fluent English skills
